اک دن دونوں گھر سے نکلے
دانہ چگنے باغ میں آئے
چنا اک دانے پہ لپکا
منے نے اک کیڑا دیکھا
پتلا پتلا لمبا لمبا
منے نے چنے کو بلایا
دونوں نے کیڑے کو پکڑا
زور سے پکڑا
زور سے کھینچا
دونوں نے مل کر زور لگایا
کیڑا باہر کھنچتا آیا

اپنی فوج کو لائی مرغی

فوج میں اس کے بچے سارے
ننھے منے پیارے پیارے

ماں کو اپنی جانتے ہیں وہ
بولی بھی پہچانتے ہیں وہ

اُڑتی اُڑتی چیل جو آئی
دیکھتے ہی مرغی چلّائی

چیخ کو سن کر بچے بھاگے
کچھ پیچھے کچھ ماں کے آگے
